Carol Gunn Training Services provided on-site staff training to Gabites Ltd Microsoft Excel users. Training catered for versions 2003 and 2007, and a range of competency levels from beginner to experienced.

Our timing constraints meant the program was short and sharp, but it proved very effective, and although we had some advanced users as well as beginners, all staff benefited. It was of huge benefit to be able to run the training in-house, the group and individual session combination was a very efficient formula, and a side-benefit was that staff enjoyed the opportunity to improve skills, which flowed through to their enjoyment of their work.
